    • Design and develop large-scale test automation frameworks that interact with real-world products like embedded targets, motors, and sensors

    • Analyze how software and embedded systems should be tested and define a strong test approach

    • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Gitlab CI, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes

    • Automate the collection and processing of test data, integrating with tools like Elasticsearch or Kibana

    • Troubleshoot and debug both software applications and embedded systems when tests fail

    • Work closely with clients and your Qteal teammates to improve testing processes and software quality

    • At least 5 years of professional experience in embedded software development or test automation

    • Strong programming skills in Python and C++, with the ability to make architectural trade-offs

    • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Gitlab CI, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes

    • Good understanding of Linux environments (CLI, permissions, networking)

    • Familiarity with embedded systems, basic electronics, and communication protocols like TCP/IP, Modbus, Bluetooth, and serial protocols

    • Solid troubleshooting skills with tools like Wireshark, gdb, or logic analyzers

    • Able to communicate clearly and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

    • Experience with Robot Framework and automated test frameworks

    • Background in technical domains like automotive, industrial automation, or IoT

    • Knowledge of cross-compilation toolchains and build systems like CMake

    • Experience automating tests on embedded Linux platforms (Raspberry Pi, ARM targets, etc.)

    • Familiarity with DevOps and quality tools like static code analyzers and performance profilers

    • Previous work on scaling test automation in CI/CD environments
