• Design and develop advanced test automation frameworks that interact with real-world products like embedded systems, sensors, and motors

• Lead the analysis and design of software testing strategies, covering both applications and embedded systems

• Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines with tools like Docker, Gitlab CI, Jenkins, and Kubernetes

• Automate the collection and processing of test data, integrating with platforms like Elasticsearch and Kibana

• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in software applications and embedded targets

• Collaborate with clients and Qteal teams to drive software quality improvements across projects

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, ideally in test automation or software quality roles

• Strong software development skills in Python and/or C++, with the ability to make thoughtful architectural decisions

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD environments, using tools like Gitlab CI, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes

• Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking, and debugging tools

• Solid foundation in test automation practices and familiarity with protocols like TCP/IP, Modbus, or Bluetooth

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to define and implement quality strategies for complex products

• Clear communicator, able to explain technical topics to peers, clients, and other stakeholders

• Experience with Robot Framework or similar test frameworks

• Background in embedded systems, electronics, or industrial/automotive domains

• Familiarity with cross-compilation and build systems like CMake

• Previous work with diagnostic and debugging tools like Wireshark, logic analyzers, gdb, or static code analyzers

• Experience with test strategy design for multi-layered systems: from hardware interfaces to cloud-connected apps
